"FUN Card App") and the Pioneer Centre website (the "Website") is for reference and
general informational purposes only, and does not constitute comprehensive
information or any opinions or recommendations.

The Pioneer Centre FUN Card Program is operated by Gold Ease Holdings Limited (the
"Company"). The Company does not represent or guarantee (whether express or
implied) the accuracy, timeliness, or absolute correctness of any statements,
information, services, or products accessed or provided in the FUN Card App and
Website, nor does it guarantee any results from the information provided. You
understand and agree that the information in the FUN Card App and Website, as well
as any services or products provided through them, are offered on an "as is" and "as
available" basis. Furthermore, the Company makes no warranties regarding the
merchantability, non-infringement, security, suitability for a particular purpose,
absence of computer viruses, or compatibility with your devices concerning such
information, services, products, or any linked websites accessed through the FUN Card
App and Website.

The Company shall not be liable for any results, data loss, or other damages incurred
directly or indirectly due to your use of or access to the FUN Card App and Website
and any linked websites.

Some of the information provided in the FUN Card App and Website ("Third Party
Services") is provided by other content and service providers ("Third Party Service
Providers"). You must use Third Party Services in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the Third Party Service Providers, and the Company shall not be
responsible or liable for any issues arising from such services.

In case of any disputes, the English version shall prevail.

Privacy Policy Statement

Our company's privacy policy is established in accordance with the Personal Data
(Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and ensures that our staff
strictly implement confidentiality standards for personal data to protect your privacy.

We safeguard all information provided by users of the FUN Card App, users of the
Pioneer Centre website, and FUN Card members. When you browse the FUN Card App
without logging into your account, the Company and its agents will not collect or store
any information that can identify you personally (unless explicitly stated otherwise). If
you decide to provide personal data and personally identifiable information while
using the FUN Card App to apply for the FUN Card membership, make inquiries, or use
related products and services, the Company and its agents will collect your personal
data. Users will be informed of the purposes and uses of this data through the Personal
Data Collection Statement, which includes the procedures for data transfer and
disclosure, as well as your rights to access and correct the collected personal data.

The Company and its agents do not access or control cookies that may be linked to the
FUN Card App and/or websites linked from the FUN Card App. Some websites’
information protection and privacy statements may differ from those of the Company
and its agents. The Company's Privacy Statement and Personal Data Collection
Statement do not cover third-party websites, and the Company and its agents will not
be responsible for the content of those websites or any privacy issues that may arise.

To protect members' personal data, all collected personal data will be safeguarded in
accordance with the terms of our Personal Data Collection Statement. Personal data
will be securely stored in specific systems, and practical measures will be taken to
prevent data loss, misuse, and alteration, ensuring that the retention of personal data
does not exceed the time necessary to achieve its intended purposes. Only trained and
authorized staff will be allowed to access such personal data, and the Company will
not disclose such personal data to anyone outside the Company, except as stated in
the Personal Data Collection Statement. Members have the right to request access to
and correction of their personal data in accordance with the procedures outlined in
the Personal Data Collection Statement.

The Company will do its utmost to protect members' privacy. However, due to the
nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee "Complete Security" especially regarding

data transmitted over the internet, which cannot be ensured to be completely
confidential.

The Company reserves the right to amend the Privacy Statement. If the Company
modifies its Privacy Statement, the revised statement will be published in the FUN Card
App and will only apply to data collected from the effective date of the revised
statement. If you continue to browse the FUN Card App after the new Privacy
Statement is published, it will be deemed that you agree to the revised Privacy
Statement.

Personal Data Collection Statement

This statement is issued in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data
(Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) to inform you, as a member, about the purposes of data
collection, your consent to how the Company uses this data, and your rights. This
statement may be updated from time to time, so please check regularly. By registering
for the FUN Card Membership and/or using related services, as well as logging into the
FUN Card App and Website each time, you agree to accept the Personal Data Collection
Statement in effect at that time.

Some of the information provided in this FUN Card App is supplied by other content
and/or service/product providers (the "Third Party Service/Product Providers"). This
Personal Data Collection Statement does not cover these third-party service/product
providers. For information on personal data that may be used or collected when
browsing or using third-party services/products, please refer to the personal data
collection statements of the respective third-party service/product providers.

Data Collection
When using this FUN Card App and Website or making any applications, you may be
required to provide personal data (including but not limited to your name, phone
number, and email address). This information is necessary for us to provide you with
various services and activities through the FUN Card App and Website. If you, as a user,
fail to provide the required information, we will not be able to offer you the services
and activities available on this FUN Card App and Website.

When you register for this FUN Card App, you will be asked some preference-related
questions. This information is collected to prioritize providing members with
information according to their preferences. This data may also be used to compile
general statistical information regarding the usage of this FUN Card App.

Members using services such as "Contactless Parking" and "Automatic Payment of
Parking Fees" will be required to edit or provide personally identifiable information,
such as Octopus card numbers, credit card numbers, and vehicle license plate numbers.
The Company needs to collect members' data in order to provide services through this
FUN Card App. If members fail to provide the required information, the Company will
not be able to offer the relevant services through this FUN Card App.

The data collected by the Company will be used for the following purposes:
 To provide you with products and services, including all service or product

information offered by this FUN Card App, updates to the FUN Card App, or
regular services.

 To compile overall statistical data regarding the usage of this FUN Card App,
analyze and monitor usage patterns to improve the content and user experience,
and continuously develop and enhance services.

 To manage the daily operations of this FUN Card App and administer membership
programs or any reward programs.

 To conduct research and analysis based on members' behavioral data, enabling
the Company to better understand your shopping habits, interests, and
consumption preferences, thus providing you with personalized services and
activity information, and improving existing services, products, and activities.

 To identify and verify members' identities and eligibility for verification and/or
record-keeping purposes, manage the membership contact database, and
maintain a contact list for communication.

 For internal management, addressing inquiries or complaints, resolving disputes
and issues, and enforcing the terms and conditions of this FUN Card App.

 To detect and investigate suspected violations of the FUN Card Membership
Program terms or activities that may involve abuse or illegal behavior.

 To comply with binding or applicable legal requirements related to data disclosure
or any regulations from government or competent authorities.

 To achieve any other purposes related to the Company's business and activities.
 To handle billing and payments.
 To communicate with members regarding matters related to or arising from the

use of this FUN Card App and/or the services provided.
 To periodically provide members with information about the Company or third-

party service providers, including products, facilities, services, and other offers,
rewards, and benefits provided by us or the providers, and to compile and arrange
such products, facilities, services, and other offers, rewards, or benefits for
members (refer to usage data for direct marketing).

 Any other purposes related or ancillary to the above, or any other purpose you
may agree to from time to time.

Personal Data for Direct Marketing and Promotion

With your consent, the Company and its agents will periodically send direct marketing
materials and promotional information about products and services to members,

including promotional publications, services, promotional activities, and offers from
the Pioneer Centre, its affiliated companies, merchants, and business partners. The
Company assumes no responsibility for the quality of offers, goods, services, or related
gifts provided by Pioneer Centre merchants and their business partners.

All members' personal data will be kept confidential. However, the Company may
transfer or disclose relevant data to agents or contractors who have a confidentiality
obligation to the Company and are involved in administrative, telecommunications,
computer, data processing, or other services related to the operation of this FUN Card
App, as necessary for system management, operation, and maintenance.

Access to Data
You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data under the
Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). For any
requests regarding access, correction of data, or if you do not wish us to continue using
your personal data, please email cs@kdc.com.hk or send mail to the Privacy Officer,
Room 2223, 22/F., Pioneer Centre, 750 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, for
processing.

We reserve the right to review, edit, change, or modify this Privacy Statement at our
discretion without prior notice. If any revised version of this Privacy Statement
requires your consent to change how we handle your personal data, we will notify you
regarding the amendments to the Privacy Statement.
